The new Fissler Vitavit® Premium range of pressure cookers are designed and manufactured from quality 18/10 stainless steel in Germany.

The CookStar all-stove base distributes the heat evenly and is suitable for all heat sources including INDUCTION.

Locking Indicator – An audible "click" upon closing and colour display in the handle ensure the pressure cooker has been properly closed. Only then can the pressure be increased.

The control valve has 4 settings - pressureless steaming, gentle cooking and speed cooking. There's also a steam release valve.

Cooking Settings:

Gentle (for delicate foods) and
Speed Setting (for soups, meats or stews).
Cook up to 70% faster than conventional cooking methods with on average 50% less energy consumption. Vitamins, nutrients and flavours are retained due to shorter cooking times.

Traffic Light System: Amber, Green and Red indicators make it easy to control the pressure cooking process.
Amber to show the temperature is almost reached (turn the heat down)
Green to show the temperature is reached (cooking time starts)
Red means it's too hot (reduce the heat)
Control key on handle allows you to release steam before opening
The practical filling level indicator (scale in litres) on the inside of the pot shows the minimum and maximum volume of liquid needed
